• Lando has not, in fact, won a race; he got a podium in that first race of 2020, which Mel was confused about and didn’t realize the top three got to go on the fancy stage. 
• P stands for Position, not pole. Pole is when you qualify P1 (and only then). 
• Williams is the second oldest team in F1 behind Ferarri - they aren’t a feeder team to Mercedes, but they do have a relationship with the team.
