A Court of Silver Flame, Part 6: A Tale of Two Bargains

Our three favorite ladies are thrust into the Illyrian Blood Rite and are forced to survive. In the meantime, Cassian is a wreck, but they learn that Eris has been taken by Briallyn. Azriel and Cassian run off to rescue him. Before they leave, they learn that Rhysand and Feyre made the stupidest bargain known to man, pretty much meaning if Feyre dies, so does Rhys. Nesta, Emerie, and Gwyn end up finding each other with the help of their friendship bracelets, and work towards getting to Ramiel and surviving the Blood Rite while fighting off mean Illyrians. Cassian ultimately gets captured by Briallyn and is forced to possibly turn on Nesta as she defends Emerie and Gwyn as they finish the climb. In the end, Nesta unleashes her power on Briallyn and saves Cassian. They rush to Feyre’s side because she’s gone into labor early and is dying. Through yet another annoying bargain, Nesta trades her powers to save Feyre and the baby. And they all live happily ever after (for now).
